Cancellation Policy & Conditions

Once an apartment has the status “confirmed”, the following cancellation fees will apply for these units
• 30-23 days: 25%,
• 22-15 days: 50%
• 14-7 days: 75%,
• 6-2 days: 95%,
• 1-0 days and no shows: 100%
As per our payment policy, all bookings must be confirmed with 50% or 100% prepayment, by the date specified. Payments may be made online through our secure portal or EFT using the banking details below and email the proof of payment to: bookings@deluxeres.com
